Shipping Policy
Launch Orders:
All orders placed during our SG60 launch period will begin shipping in the last week of August 2025 — both domestic and international. You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has shipped.
Singapore Orders:
- Free courier delivery
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days from dispatch (starting last week of August)
International Orders:
- Shipped via DHL or equivalent
- Estimated delivery: 7–14 working days from dispatch (starting last week of August)
- Customs duties and taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the customer
Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
